Supplier, payment and customer-support questions

Why source CNC machined parts from China?

China offers a broad machining and surface-finishing supply base, access to many materials and competitive production costs. The result still depends on clear engineering communication, process selection, inspection and supplier reliability; price alone should not determine the decision.

Why choose One Part CNC for small CNC machining orders?

We focus on prototypes, one-off parts and low-volume orders that may receive less attention at mass-production factories. Customers get direct technical review, flexible machining and EDM processes, coordinated finishing, confidentiality protection, multiple payment and shipping choices and support through delivery.

Can you sign an NDA before I send CAD files?

Yes. You may send your NDA for review or request our mutual NDA before uploading confidential drawings. Customer files are used only to evaluate, quote and manufacture the requested project and are not reused for another customer or disclosed to third parties without authorization.

Which payment methods may be available?

Depending on order value, country and account verification, options may include bank transfer, PayPal, credit or debit card, Western Union, Alipay, Weixin Pay and mutually agreed alternatives. Cryptocurrency should be used only when explicitly stated on a verified quotation. Available methods and fees must be confirmed for each order.

Which payment method is best for a first small order?

PayPal or card may be convenient for a small first order, while bank transfer may suit larger values. Fees, currency conversion, processing time and buyer-country availability differ. Use only the payment instructions shown on the verified quotation or invoice.

How can I verify payment instructions and avoid invoice fraud?

Confirm beneficiary name, account details and invoice number through a known contact channel before paying, especially if bank information changes. We will not ask you to redirect payment to an unrelated personal or third-party account. Contact us independently if an email requests an unexpected change.

What should I do if my payment fails or remains pending?

Do not repeat payment immediately if the first transaction may still be processing. Save the error message or transaction reference, check with your bank or payment provider, and email mark@onepartcnc.com with the quotation number. Do not send full card credentials or online-banking passwords.

What payment information should I send for support?

Send the quotation or invoice number, payer name, amount, currency, payment date, method and transaction reference. A screenshot may help, but redact full bank account numbers, card numbers, passwords and security codes. We can then compare it with the expected receivable.

When does production begin after payment?

Production normally begins after required payment is confirmed and the latest drawings, material, finish, quantity and inspection scope are approved. Bank transfers can take longer to clear than instant payment methods. The confirmed production lead time starts according to the terms stated in the quotation.

Can I use my own DHL, UPS or FedEx account?

Usually yes. Provide the valid account number, collection instructions and required shipping documents before dispatch. Your courier account holder controls freight billing and may be responsible for destination fees. Availability must be confirmed for the shipment and destination.

Will I receive tracking information?

For courier shipments, we provide the tracking number after pickup and carrier scanning. Air cargo, rail and sea shipments use freight documents and may have milestone-based tracking rather than continuous parcel updates.

What should I do if a package is delayed, damaged or missing?

Contact the carrier and us promptly with the tracking number. For visible damage, photograph the outer package, shipping label, internal protection and parts before discarding anything. Keep all packaging while the carrier claim or technical review is open.

What if the delivered parts do not match the approved drawing?

Stop using or modifying the affected parts and contact us with the order number, drawing revision, measured feature, inspection method and clear photos. We will compare the evidence with production and inspection records, then discuss containment and an appropriate resolution.
